These PU Foam wedges are composed with PU foam material which has 32 D FR low-density polyurethane. These are tested from ARAI doe RISAC (Random Incidence Sound Absorption Coefficient) as per the standardized IS-8225/ISO and for flammability. They are made of low-density material which makes it easier to install since these wedges directly adhere to the chamber walls and room. This cut of maximum mechanical fixing leaving no gaps for air. FL covered wedges are fixed on perforated metal sheet angles that are used as brackets. They help in easy removal since they are not permanently glued.
